Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Flor Planner application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of service
Flor Planner is a gardening planner for balconies and potted flowers. The app allows users to configure balconies, assign flowers, view sowing and harvesting calendars, and receive care reminders. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. User accounts
You may register using an email address or a social login provider (Google, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the app (balcony configurations, flower data, photos). By using the service, you grant Flor Planner a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Community photos and content guidelines
Users may upload photos to the community gallery. Photos are visible to other users and must comply with the following guidelines:
- Photos must be relevant to gardening, flowers, or balconies
- Do not upload offensive, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content
- Do not upload photos that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Do not upload photos containing personal information of other individuals without their consent
Users may report photos that violate these guidelines. Our team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate community standards.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious content or files
- Abuse the photo reporting system by submitting false reports
7. Subscriptions and payments
Flor Planner offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the platform stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) or Stripe for web purchases, managed by RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings (Google Play, App Store) or through the app's subscription management page for web purchases
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- Refunds are handled by the respective platform store according to their refund policies
- Deleting your Flor Planner account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel the subscription separately through your platform's subscription settings
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at contact@florplanner.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Flor Planner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or plant care outcomes. Weather alerts are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole source for protecting plants from adverse conditions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
