How to delete your account and data
You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Flor Planner app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen
- Slide the Delete account button to confirm
Option 2 — By email
Send a message to contact@florplanner.app requesting account deletion. Include the email address associated with your account.
What data will be deleted
After account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Account data (email address, username, profile photo, social links)
- All balconies, flower assignments, and calendar entries
- All photos uploaded by the user (balcony photos, flower photos, gallery photos)
- Device push notification tokens
- Settings, preferences, and notification configuration
- City and location data stored for weather alerts
Subscriptions
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through your platform's subscription settings (Google Play, App Store, or Stripe) before or after deleting your account. Otherwise, the subscription will continue to renew.
Processing time
Data is deleted within 30 days of the request. After that period, recovery is not possible.
